Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 2026
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. We keep ours to a minimum. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site can't work without them. Everything else - just analytics - loads only after you choose Accept all in the banner. If you choose Essential only, no analytics or advertising cookies are set.
1. Strictly necessary (always on)
- PHPSESSID - keeps your session together: signing in with a one-time code and holding your details between the two steps of checkout. Expires when you close your browser.
- tlw_consent - remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again on every page. Lasts 180 days. Clearing it brings the banner back.
2. Analytics (only after you accept)
- _ga and _ga_<id> - set by Google Analytics 4 to count visitors and understand which pages are popular, so we know what to improve. They don't identify you by name. Typical lifetime up to about 13 months.
- _gcl_au and related - set by Google Ads to measure whether an ad led to a signup. Typical lifetime about 90 days.
These are loaded through Google's gtag.js, which we do not add to the page at all until you accept. Decline and Google's script is never requested.
3. Third-party cookies from features you use
- PayPal - if you pay for a spot, PayPal sets its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. These are governed by PayPal's own cookie and privacy policies.
- Cloudflare Turnstile - the anti-bot check on the signup form may set a short-lived Cloudflare cookie to tell humans from bots. This is a security function tied to submitting the form.
4. Changing your mind
You can switch at any time. Clear the tlw_consent cookie (or your site data for thelogowall.com) and the banner returns so you can re-choose. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings - most browsers let you do this per-site. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop sign-in and checkout from working.
5. More on what we collect
Cookies are only part of the picture. For the full account of what data we handle and why, see our Privacy Policy.
